Holiday Herbal Gift Making Workshop, Saturday December 20th

$60.00

Join Juliane Miklos, local South Florida herbalist, for a fun and festive workshop where you'll learn how to create unique and personalized herbal gifts for yourself or your loved ones this holiday season. We will be making three different herbal items for you to decorate, take home and gift to a love one (or yourself). First we will be crafting a soothing herbal salve infused with fragrant Juniper, Pine, and Allspice Leaves and Berries for a delicious Florida forest scent, then we will move on to making a dried herbal tisane aka tea blend you'll get to blend yourself out of Jules' own apothecary of homegrown or locally grown herbs, featuring roses, calendula, sage, rosemary, tulsi, lemon balm, lemon grass, hibiscus, lemon verbena, passion vine leaf, cardamom, and peppermint. Lastly we will create a fragrant locally grown herb smudge bundle one can burn to cleanse, protect and purify any space, you'll leave with handmade goods that are sure to impress.

No experience necessary- just bring your creativity and holiday spirit! Do bring your own bottled water to stay hydrated and a pen to take notes with, you will receive a workshop syllabus to write notes down on too. If you prefer to take notes in a journal or notebook, feel free to bring that along too.

Herbal infused refreshments will be included, that means a few refreshing herbal infusions to drink, a delicious farm grown green salad and herbal holiday cookies. Compostable cups, bowls and utensils will be provided.

Spaces are very limited for this class, so be sure to RSVP soon to secure your spot. We can't wait to craft with you!
